kodi vepudu (chicken fry )


Ingridients

1. Chicken

2. Ginger Garlic paste

3. Garam masala

4. Turmeric powder

5. Chilli poweder

6. Dhani powder

7. Oil

8. Salt

9. Onion

10. tomato


method for preparation

1. In a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients without adding oil , cook for 10 minutes.

2. In a frying pan, add oil and the cooked chicken and fry until golden brown , add corriander and curry leaves during frying.
3. Serve hot with rice

Cocconut burfi with Dry fruits


Ingredients

1. Milk maid

2. Dry cocknut flakes

3. Cashew nut

4. pistacho
5. Cardomom
6. Almonds
Method of preparation
1. Pound cashew nut, pistacho, almonds
2.. Pound cardomon seeds to a fine powder
3. Take a bowl and mix the cockunt flakes with milk maid and keep a small portion of coconut flakes aside for final coating .
4. Mix the ingredients in a non stick pan at low flame for few minutes.
5. Cool the mixture and roll in to small balls and roll them on Dry coconut flakes.
6. Dry fruit coconut burfi balls are ready to eat.

chicken Lolipop




Ingredients


1. Chicken drumlets


2. chilli powder


3. Garam masala powder


4. Ginger Garlic paste


5. Food colour - Red


6. Ajinomoto ( msg)

7. Salt

8. Egg

9. Corn flour

10. Rice flour

11. Bread Crumbs



Method of preparation

1. Take a bowl and add Corn floor,rice flour, salt, chilli powder, Ajinomoto,food colour, Ginger garlic paste, garam masala , egg, Bread crumbs and mix all the ingredients to a paste without any lumps.
2. Take chicken drumlets, make a circular cut at the joint and pull the meat upwards with your fingers. Once you finsih all your drumlets.
3. Marinate the drumlets in the mixture for atleast one hour in the refrigerator.
4. Fry the drumlets in oil untill golden brown
5. Serve hot with lime , onions, cucumber pieces
